Their availability, policies, pricing, functionality and technical changes are controlled by the respective third-party provider.

Website & Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services and maintain reasonable availability. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of hosting issues, maintenance, third-party services, network problems, technical failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Digital Marketing Results

Where JSS Innovation provides SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing or other marketing services, results may depend on factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithms, advertising platforms, competition, market conditions, audience behaviour and third-party policy changes.

We do not guarantee a specific ranking, traffic level, lead volume, sales figure or advertising result unless specifically agreed in writing.
